COMO SABER SE A IMAGEBOX TA VAZIA OU NÃO???

eu estou apagando assim:

TxCliFoto.Picture = LoadPicture("")

mas quando eu aplico algo assim:

If TxCliFoto.Picture = Null Then Text1 = "vazio" Else Text1 = "tem foto"

sempre fala que tem foto

como saber se ela tem ou não imagem???
